ONGC conference room, is a government sponsored project located at Mehsana. With an area of 910 Sqft  the planning of the conference room is conceptualized as per the framework of the work that takes place within it which reflects the values and requirements of the meetings that shall be conducted in the area.

The planning of the conference room has been made in a way that could maximizes the capacity by offering 22 Pax capacity in the designated area while managing enough space for circulation. Hence curvilinear seating arrangement has been designed by keeping aspects of maximizing capacity, comfort in line.

This ultimate modern conference room design is well equipped with all the digital platforms inclusive of smartboard, video conferencing systems, smart boards and all the audio and visual sources are anchored in the room. Perhaps, the room is equipped with retro-fitting of acoustic-improving solutions that overall creates a best possible meeting experience conducted in a conference room.
